We are looking for an experienced senior business development specialist to drive our business development initiatives, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Be Responsible For
▪ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
▪ Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
▪ Conduct detailed presentations of our recruitment and outsourcing services.
▪ Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
▪ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
▪ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in the recruitment and outsourcing industry (mandatory).
▪ Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
▪ Strong understanding of HR services, recruitment processes, and outsourcing models.
▪ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
▪ Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
▪ Bachelor's degree in business, sales, HR, or a related field.
▪ Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
